『無能的力量』は崔健のメジャーアルバム。
解説
崔健がロックスタイルに転向してからの4枚目のアルバム。前作から4年も経過しての発売となった。従来の彼の音楽にラップやエレクトロニカなど、アルバム制作の時に好きだったスタイルが盛り込まれた。中国の評論家は1stアルバムがとても好きなようで、そのころに比べて、大きく変化したこのアルバムに対して高い評価を下していない。しかし、一般のリスナーにはある程度受け入れられたようだ。アメリカ盤は、英訳の歌詞カード付き。日本では2つの会社から発売されていて、どちらも中国盤をそのまま輸入しただけであるが、POP SHOP ASIA盤は対訳付きである。同じ出版社よりアルバムが再販されたが、初版のものとの違い（CD）は、1、演奏者・関係者クレジットがない。2、CDプラスチックケースに広東新京文の文字がある。3、9曲しか収録されていないのに、歌詞カードの「時代的晩上」は10曲目と記載されている点である。
